A-goods: New goods in original packaging, packaging can be opened

B-stock: Item condition as new with no signs of wear

C-stock: Item has been used but is fully functional, signs of wear possible (see photos)

The packaging of our products may be damaged.

What does A-ware mean?

A goods are products in their original packaging. The packaging may already be opened or damaged and the outermost layer of packaging may be missing. The item itself is new and unused.


What does B-goods mean?

B-goods are already used products with no signs of wear. The original packaging may be missing.


What does C-ware mean?

C goods are classic used items. The signs of wear can be seen in our product photos. We try to show as many traces as possible.


Which payment methods do we accept?

We accept classic payment methods such as Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Amazon Pay.


What does priority shipping mean?

We will process your order with priority so that you receive your package as quickly as possible. You can find more detailed information regarding shipping in our shipping conditions.


Can I track my order?

Unfortunately, we do not support shipment tracking.


I haven't received my delivery yet, what can I do?

You can find the exact delivery times in our shipping conditions. If you have been waiting for your package for a while, please send us an email with the order number to office@b-drop.at. We will take care of your concerns.


My order is damaged, how can I complain?

Please note we are a used goods shop, certain products may show signs of wear, which can be seen in the pictures. If you still want to complain, send us a photo and a description of the damage via email and we will take care of your concern as quickly as possible.


How can I request a return?

Inquiries regarding returns will be processed via our email address office@b-drop.at. Please simply include your order number in the subject line. We also ask you to give us a reason.


Is my personal information safe?

Yes, protecting your personal data is our top priority. We use modern security technologies to protect your data and comply with applicable data protection laws. You can find more information about this in our data protection declaration.


What should I do if I have forgotten the password for my customer account?

Click on the “Forgot password” button and enter your email address, then you will receive a link to reset your password.


Is there a way to be notified when new products are available?

Yes, you can sign up for our newsletter to be informed about new products and special offers. You can register for the newsletter on our homepage.


How do I redeem a voucher/discount code?

Enter the code you received at the end of your payment process and the amount will be deducted from the invoice total. If there is any remaining credit, you can simply redeem it with your next order.
